The year of 2016 after the year of 2012 is a great year of learning in the field of Redevelopment, as new developments has caused jittery among housing society members once again. Of late there is FSI restrictions imposed by high court on BMC, hence new redevelopment is not moving ahead. It may work as honey dew for some of the developers who are cash starved and unable to move project ahead , but at the same time it may be curse to society members who can not prolong their stay in a dilapidated buildings. Also of late have seen lot of turbulence in on going projects where developers have gone on back to their original offers as the input cost has gone up only benefiting practicing Advocates as more and more cases are piling up.
