Redevelopment is the process of demolishing existing old society building and reconstructing it by appointing a good developer who can construct and handover new flats to the society members free of cost with some additional benefits and make profit by utilizing balance plot potential by constructing additional flats and shops as per approval from M.C.G.M.

Documents required for Feasibility Report

The first step towards redevelopment is data collection , and once data is collected then feasibility study of the project of Redevelopment of housing society is done....to understand about the project first we need to collect following documents/data ..

list of documents/ data required for Feasibility Report


  • Property card (PR card)
  • CTS plan
  • Conveyance Deed 
  • Development plan Remarks (DP Remarks)
  • Town planning remarks (TP Remarks)  if applicable
  • Plot survey
  • Individual carpet area statement
  • Copy of BMC approved plan of existing structure 
  • Copy of Occupation Certificate 
  • Road line & Traffic Remarks ,
  • Layout plan if applicable
  • Any-other specific Remarks or information   if applicable


Above mentioned documents shall proved some basis to work out the feasibility of the Redevelopment Project..

Society can get many of these documents under Right to Information act by paying stipulated fees ....

please keep in mind for plot area you have to enter the data in SQ.MTS
and for consumed carpet areas you have to enter that data in SQ.FTS
