life in mumbai has become boring.... the traffic is so bad here... i dont understand how these people call it Highway ? theres so much of construction or road work is going on...i envy ambani brothers... i have heard that mukesh bhai is building his own airport now...can u imagine personal airport ? i still dont have my own garage here and these people have airport.... he is also building his own helipad on the top of his building.....no traffic..no horn...no khich khich...
mukesh bhai had gifted his wife an airplane worth 300crores to nita bhabhi...
anyway....... hope these idiot politicians build some freeways on the sea...i m sure your son's son's son will be benefited or not that is also a question mark ?

i dont know whats wrong with me....again not feeling well....when i m all right i never realize that good health is a boon...my wife is a finicky about health issues....sometimes i get irritate when she makes salad and soup....how can one have salad in a main course ?? but i guess she is smart about her health unlike me..... anyway....its really not good to be in bed and watching tv (of course thats my regular activity) but not when u r ill....so much of work pending....
they say when going gets tough ,tough gets going...and i feel that this proverb is made for me only....

hope i get wealth soon...i mean health....

neighbour's envy , owner's pride

i remember the ad....the devil spoke neighbour's envy , owner's pride...as a child it was difficult to understand, that how intelligent was the ad campaign....now when i have grown up and dealt with so many housing societies ,i can very well understand what was the ad about....

housing societies are the most uncooperative organization one can come across....in a city like mumbai theres no option but to be a member of some society... and its a fun to attend a meeting of such societies... some will propose and others will oppose....many a times meetings are concluded without any decisions...the sad part of such meetings is lack of applications of brains by most of the members...today i visited one of the hospital, they wanted to cut the slab, doctor was ready to do as per the structural engineer's advice but was helpless in front of society members...
in one of my building redevelopment projects, i find the same problem....noncooperation movement by the members....

i strongly feel that housing societies rules should have more thought on it....

health is wealth

its strange to be at home whole day on a working day doing nothing in spite of so much of work....the reason is health...not feeling well...high fever ,headache...i must have visited my doctor after 5-6 years....got one injection...i realized , health is wealth...i had not less than 5 inquiries to be attended ,was excited for more business, but had never thought of not attending any of them.......but the good thing is that i started blogging from today...after Aamir Kkhan -Amitabh bachchan ,its Utkarsh Jani who got in to blogging stuff....
